The Family Elders continue to meet on a regular basis.No doubt to plan further squandering of the family fortunes brought
over to this country by our ancestors.
Slowly we dig to find our roots. As we dig and uncover information we have to confirm it as it pertains to our lineage. The
Family Crest of our home page is correct for our lineage.It comes of the lineage Hon.Samuel Sherman. Gen.William Tecumseh
Sherman would be a cousin in our ancestory.He has no direct Sherman Descendents as his sons had no children.
Now that the lineage is tracked we have a guideline of who to look for.So feel free to dig for documents,stories and info
on them and share your finds.Many unanswered questions
surround Thomas.
Interesting Fact : Our President Bush himself is a descendant of the Hon. Phillip Sherman. Presidents Taft was a descendant
of Henry Sherman as was President Hoover .

We recently had a picnic get together at James Baird State Park near Poughkeepsie with the new found descendants of Susan
(Sherman) Baldwin (sister to out great great great grandfather George Sherman).For all those who attended from both sides.....Thank
you from the bottom of my heart!!!! When great people can have an open heart and open mind very special things are possible.It
was a wonderful time and one i will remeber for many years to come.
For those that were unable to attend for whatever reason......you missed a truly meaningful experience.....not to
worry though you get a second shot.Yvonne,Joe,Joe,Diane and Frank will all be attending the reunion in August.To add to that
there will be more of their family coming to.God has truly blessed us with this opportunity.Come on out and meet them.
